Everything began with NEXAHRM

A Moroccan entrepreneur founded Novltech with one clear mission: to build practical digital tools for small and medium-sized businesses. The first product was NexaHRM, a mobile-first HR platform that helps companies manage employees, attendance, payroll, and operations from a single system.

After validating NexaHRM with paying clients in Taiwan, the team returned to Morocco with a broader vision. Managing employees was only half the problem. Finding the right people in the first place was the other half. And in Morocco, that part was broken.

That is how NexaRecruit was born.
